Each vibrant sauce is made with fragrant herbs and traditional spices, and blended with red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil. The versatile condiments are delicious drizzled on everything from grilled meat to salads, vegetables and soups. They also add fantastic flavor to marinades. • Original Chimichurri: A classic combination of fresh parsley, oregano and garlic. (8 oz.)
• Mint Chimichurri: A bright blend of refreshing mint and parsley with a hint of red chile. (8 oz.)
• Rojo Chimichurri: A bold mix of roasted red peppers, parsley and peppery spices. (8 oz.)

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Chimichurri ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 months or in freezer for up to 6 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
• Product will naturally separate. Mix before using.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

• If frozen, place sealed plastic bag of chimichurri in bowl of hot water (140°F) for 5–10 minutes or until it can be broken into pieces.

• Original Chimichurri: Extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, parsley, garlic, red chile flakes, salt, black pepper.
• Mint Chimichurri: Extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, mint, parsley, garlic, red chile flakes, salt.
• Rojo Chimichurri: Extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, roasted red peppers (water, citric acid), parsley, garlic, red chile flakes, salt, paprika, lemon juice.
• These products are prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, tree nuts (pine nuts), shellfish (shrimp).
