- Snake River Farms Kurobuta Half Boneless Ham: Like its Japanese counterpart, this fully cooked smoked kurobuta ham is deep in color and streaked with fine marbling that makes it exceptionally sweet, juicy and tender. (3 lb. 8 oz./1.6kg; 8 servings)
- Herbed Potato Gratin with Gruyère: Our decadent gratin features tender russet potatoes layered with onions, enhanced with tangy Gruyère cheese and covered in herbaceous cream sauce. (2 lb./907g; 8 servings)
- Pesto Green Beans: Tender green beans are tossed in an aromatic sauce made with bright basil, savory garlic, tangy Parmesan cheese and premium walnuts. (1 lb./454g; 6 servings)

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Components ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store unopened ham in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 3 months.
- Store unopened side dishes in freezer for up to 10 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
SNAKE RIVER FARMS KUROBUTA HALF BONELESS HAM
Thawing Instructions
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours.
- To retain natural juices, leave in original packaging while thawing. It is normal for natural juices to accumulate.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Remove ham from packaging and place in large roasting pan.
- Insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is centered in thickest part of ham.
- Do not add water to pan or cover ham.
- Transfer to oven and bake for approx. 20 minutes per pound, or until thermometer registers 140°F. If surface becomes too dark while cooking, tent ham loosely with aluminum foil.
- Transfer ham to carving board and let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
SIDE DISHES
Herbed Potato Gratin with Gruyère
- Keep frozen until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove plastic wrap.
- Cover tray with foil coated in nonstick spray or oil.
- Cook for 50–60 minutes.
- Remove foil and cook for additional 20 minutes to brown cheese.
- Let rest for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Pesto Green Beans
Thawing Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Preparation Instructions
- Position rack in top third of oven and set to broil.
- Lightly spray half-sheet pan with cooking spray. Spread green beans evenly on pan.
- Broil for 4–10 minutes until completely warmed through, tossing halfway through broiling time.
- Transfer to platter and serve.
- For blistered green beans, broil for a few minutes longer, until you see charring along tips.
Spiced Carrots with Brown Sugar
Thawing Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Preparation Instructions
- Position rack in upper third of oven and set to broil.
- Grease half-sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray, butter or oil.
- Remove carrots from packaging and spread evenly on pan.
- Transfer pan to oven and broil for 2–3 minutes, until edges of carrots begin to sizzle.
- Toss carrots and broil for additional 2 minutes.
